Is OpenMPE still active?

All that has come across the list server has been posts that were
duplicated here from vCSY and a couple other random posts about other
topics.

If you look at the web site it has little information and even the
scraps of board minutes has not been updated in almost 4 months, unless
2/25/05 really was their last board meeting, and the ones before then
contain very little actual information.

If Mark did follow that link, what exactly do you think he would see?
