On some network devices a led like that indicates a high level of
collisions......which may mean there is a failing device generating rubbish
traffic, or similar problem???
Try running something like Ethereal to monitor some traffic and see if there
is anything strange going on?

On my HP-967 Server, on Multi functional Board with Part Number
A1703-60003. On below the transreceiver one LED is flashing ??
It is written on the board
Flash Xcvr/Net Fail
On Fail
But my network is okay. More than 80 user's are connected. Please advise
why this LED is blinking. How to stop the blinking. I have restarted the
server also.
