I agree, that is does not guarantee a better education, but it might
guarantee better teachers (you get what you pay for).
More schools mean smaller classes which helps for sure.

I think I have found the flaw in your logic. You think that if we give them
more money it will go to the teachers....
If it went to the teachers, I wouldn't have a problem with it.
I would also expect quantifiable results from teachers making 6 figure
incomes.
