My daughter has asked that I post the following announcement. This position
might be of interest to students (undergraduate or graduate) who are
interested in working with nonprofit organizations and Hispanic community
development.



The Girl Scouts of Moccasin Bend Council has an opening for a part-time
Hispanic Outreach Specialist at our Chattanooga, TN office.
Qualified candidates will have strong Spanish language skills, access to
reliable transportation, and an interest in working for a youth-oriented
non-profit organization. Responsibilities will include planning and carrying
out bi-weekly troop meetings for 10 Hispanic girls, as well as some
additional outreach and recruitment. The position is part-time (10-15 hours
a week), and is flexible enough to fit even the busiest student's schedule.
