I can use a thermometer, or some other instrument, to get temperature and
scientifically prove that water freezes at 32 degrees.

I cannot prove that I evolved from a 'soup' over billions of yrs, it's all
theory.
Conversely, I also cannot prove God created the earth, plants, animals,
humans, ect.

However, the scientific facts I can 'observe' lead me to believe the
creation theory.
Others, look at other facts, and believe evolution.

As others have said, both are a religion because you must believe things
that cannot be proven/tested scientifically....
