With MAILNM from the Telamon ftp site, you could use the "-m filename"
and "-mt text/html" options in the INFO string, I believe. You might
even be able to add a "-v" and see the verbose output including the
body and headers that MAILNM sends... if you want to avoid using MAILNM
when doing your own mails.

I believe that MAILNM even can take care of base64 encoding and similar.
