All kidding aside, when I try this command in a job, it fails, thus:
:SH.HPBIN.SYS "-c 'callci SETVAR _WEEK `/bin/date +%U`'"
SETVAR _WEEK 17 >U2D9.PUB.TEST
^
Unexpected character found in number. (CIERR 9810)callci: error
opening redirection file :EOJ
Note that the first line is the command as it appears in the stdlist, and
the second is its expression in the stdlist. I am not redirecting. Instead,
well, I'm not sure what is happening instead other than getting the text
above, where 17 is substituted for the text between the back ticks. I do not
know what is happening within the job to create the U2D9.PUB.TEST. Does
anyone else know?
