I get CIWARN 420 when I enter this command, followed by the output of ,2

"Level of LISTF must be -5, or within the range -3 to 11.(CIWARN 420)"

Note: this error message is incorrect. The valid range is -5,-3..11

I get the same error on 7.5 too.
This is a defect in LISTFILE. We did not build the CI's parser's parse
template correctly.

I will pass this on to the team doing some of our large files SIB work
to see if we can get this fixed at the same time.
