After dumping the unknown numeric file code files, here are the results.

746   256W   FB - seems to be a binary data file.
947   86B    FA - A copy of the Robelle Cookie file which provides a fortune
cookie saying.
7651  80B    FA - DBIUTIL IMSAM Log file output. Third Party Product from
DISC.
7685  50W    FB - seems to be a binary data file.

Paul,

Based on their value and the 'ownership' of filecodes with 'nearby'
values, I'guess that:

        746 - Is used by some Boeing utility
        947 - Robelle: Cookie data file (based on previously sent URLs)
        7651 - ???
        7685 - Omnidex related
