Support tools such as UNDEDLOK and others can be obtained by installing
patch NRCMXB8 or later.

The telesup tools include the following as well as a number of other
programs.

UNDEDLOK.PRVXL.TELESUP (image deadlock tool)
KSCHKIX.PRVXL. TELESUP (KSAM/XL tool)
SHOWCONN.PRVXL.TELESUP


The NARC support tool patch is usually included in the latest power patch
for your operating system.  Or the patch can be ordered from the response
center or from ITRC.HP.COM.
