I'm not the expert, but it sounds like you lost a drive.

Not sure. We just powered it off and back on and the system is now up
but the one drive in the raid is being ignored.

Our hp n4000 just crashed with the following message:
AlertLevel: 15 = fatal hardware or configuration problem prevents
operation
Reason for alert
Source: 8 = i/o
Source detail: 6=disk source ID:0
Problem Detail: 3=functional failor
The leds status is Run:Flash Attn:flash Fault:off remote:on Power:on
One of the raid 5 drives has an amber light on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
