Hello Everyone,

On Monday, March 28, 2005 the UTChattanooga Department of Art and the
Cress Gallery of Art will hold an opening reception for an exhibition
of work by the Department's first group of fourth year students who
will graduate this spring from the Bachelor of Fine Arts professional
programs.

The Senior Exhibitions mark the culmination of four years of work
within the Department's curriculum.  This year's promise to showcase
well executed, visually strong, and exceptionally thoughtful work
created by students from the major concentration areas of Painting
and Drawing, Graphic Design, and 3-D Studios.

The reception for Group 1 is from 5pm - 7pm in the lobby of the Fine
Arts Center at the corner of Vine and Palmetto and is open to campus
and community.

Senior Exhibition Group 1 will be open from March 28 through April 7.

Senior Exhibition Group #2 will open with a reception on April 11 at 5pm.
This exhibit will run from April 11 through  April 21.  Students in

Nich Hughes
Kyle Mathis
Sarah Knott

Gallery hours are M / F 10am - 5pm and Tu / Th 9am - 7pm.  Admission is free.
