    The UTC family is invited to the taping of a Point of View television
program discussing the proposed federal budget cuts to GEAR-UP and
Upward Bound.  The taping will begin at 4:00 p.m., on Wed., March 23, in
the UTC Video Facilities, located in the Metropolitan Building, corner
of McCallie Avenue and Houston Street.
   Those wishing to be in the audience are asked to call the Upward
Bound office, 425-4691, by 4:00 p.m., Tues., March 23.
