BIND on 6.5

Late last year when we lost a disc that required a reload we found that several Posix applications were not replaced. One of the applications that was not reloaded was BIND.

Anybody know if the version of BIND at http://www.bixby.org/mark/bindix.html is the same as that found on the 6.5 FOS?
If the 6.5 FOS version is later then what is the easiest way of getting it back?
