My reslvcnf.net.sys is working just fine.  I'm am now using names instead of
IP's in npconfig and have experienced no problems.  Here are keyword entries in
my reslvcnf file:

Domain
Nameserver
Nameserver
Nameserver
Search

In that order and I too will go from my 1st nameserver to the 2nd when I comment
out the 1st.
