Subject: Information Technology Opportunities with Project Vote Smart

Hello-

Project Vote Smart is now accepting Spring and Summer Information
Technology interns for its high tech Montana Research Retreat Center. We
are also seeking Information Technology staff to work through the 2006
election cycle. Applicants should have a keen interest in the political
process.

The Project Vote Smart Founding Board has approved these positions and has
asked me to inform you that this opportunity may be among the most
challenging, rewarding Information Technology experience that Computer
Science students have ever been offered.

IT interns and staff will assist the IT department in maintaining the
office workstations, servers and network, as well as take part in the
redesign and development of the Project's award winning website and
applications.

Project Vote Smart offers an extraordinary experience in an extraordinary
place. Located on a private ranch, the Project's Great Divide Ranch
Research Retreat facility is nestled in the Montana wilderness with its own
streams and lakes, which are heavily populated with moose, elk, and other
wildlife. The mountains, lakes and rivers provide endless opportunities for
hiking, skiing, camping and other outdoor adventure.

The Project covers the cost of living expenses for all interns. Our staff
works for minimal salary, but we provide medical and dental benefits as
well as the most extraordinary experience of your life!

Interest students may visit the jobs or internship pages of our website for
complete position descriptions and additional information. The may also
call our Toll Free Voters Research Hotline at 1-888-VOTE-SMART or email
