I am trying to use the Vesoft Security Menus and I've run into bump in
the road.
When I issue: RUN MAIN.PUB.VESOFT, ADD I eventually come to the
prompt, "Enter the menu file name:" I enter the name of a valid menu
file and I get the following error message, "Error: Not a valid menu
file."

If I add the statement $Menu-File filename, in the securcon file
everything works fine.

What am I doing wrong by using the menu file name in the logon profile?
I will have several different menus and don't want to control them using
the securcon file. Anyone have and idea of what I'm missing, is there
another parameter I need to set up?

I have setup the $VEPROFILE statement in the securcon file and have it
restricted to the user set I'm testing.

As always, thanks for your time and help in advance,
