RE: sysstart file question

After a few reboots/test I think we figured this out.

STARTUP
allow @.@;commands=log
streams 10
startspool 6
startspool lp
spooler lp;start
jobsecurity low
***
COOLSTART
Tellop ** did COOLSTART section **
stream jnetup.systools.sys
stream hellowld.nettools.sys
stream backitup.systools.sys;at=23:00
stream backupit.systools.sys;at=23:30;day=friday
***
UPDATE
Tellop ** did UPDATE section **
***

The STARTUP block is executed in all cases.  The COOLSTART block is executed
if START NORECOVERY and the UPDATE block is executed if UPDATE even when
followed by START NORECOVERY.
