The short howto is:

1) Copy the sample config files in /SAMBA/CURRENT/lib to their corresponding
real filenames.

2) Edit /SAMBA/CURRENT/lib/smb.conf to add any additional shares.

3) Stream the JSMB job.

Any generic Samba documentation will tell you what you need to know about
adding shares to smb.conf.
