i have just downloaded the latest Samba ( i think) version 2.2.8A and
using patch/ix installed the patch.

i have never installed or had working a Samba server so we are setting it
up and trying to get it working.

looking at docs.hp.com i find no reference to 2.2.8 configuration setup
steps.  where is this document?  i tried the readme but it is generic
samba stuff.

any help would be welcomed.
