If your new ASTRA phone is not operating correctly, please un-power it and
re-apply power after 1 minute.  Please make sure to have your phone power
connected to a surge protector ( not a simple power strip) like the one for
your computer.  If your computer's surge protector is nearby, please use
this one to connect your phone's power plug.
