I run into this a lot, I try to run CSTM at a customer site and I get this

****************
:cstm
CSTM B8343AA.75.01 Created MON, MAR 25, 2002 2:01 PM

The gethostbyname system call failed with an h_errno of (1).

HOST_NOT_FOUND (1) h_errno returned from the gethostbyname system call indicates
that no such host name is known by the networking system.

TRY_AGAIN (2) h_errno returned from the gethostbyname system call indicates that
the local server did not receive a response from an authoritative server.

NO_RECOVERY (3) h_errno returned from the gethostbyname system call indicates th
at this is a non-recoverable error.

NO_ADDRESS (4) h_errno returned from the gethostbyname system call indicates tha
t the requested host name is valid but does not have an IP address.

Possible Causes/Recommended Action:
Verify that the networking on the UI system is configured and working.
Verify that the domain name server is up and running.
An h_errno of TRY_AGAIN (2) is usually a temporary error.
A retry at some later time may succeed.

Does anyone have a clue what causes it?

Regards,

-Craig
