Programmer Studio is the best PC editor there is.

Unfortunately, it isn't free. You only get what you pay for.

Once you've used PS you'll never go back to vaporware like Qedit, HP Editor
or QUAD etc...

PS is a great PC editor and lets you edit much more than just Cobol source
code...
