Kent,
Is there a possibility that you're using the wrong tool? Suprtool is designed to burn/rape/pillage when doing data extracts, so if you need a kinder/gentler data extract, would it not be better to do a COBOL program (I can't imagine an extract written in Suprtool that wouldn't be really easy to duplicate in COBOL)?
