You DO have a point.  Staffing Expertise at the first phone call
level has no bearing on the Product.  (Although I'd think they
wouldn't confuse the phrase "DEE BEE General" with anything else.)

It was explained to me later that Bradmark's phone number is 
similar to an Apple hot-line and they fend off calls for 
Apple problems frequently.
