Minisoft, VESoft, and ODBC

Help upgraded to MPE/iX 7.5 AND updated VESoft.

Now Minisoft's ODBC does not work with VECHECKLOGON errors on the $STDLIST.

Have not changed any passwords.

HAVE STREAMed the VEPROC.JOB.VESOFT job per VESoft's instructions.

Don't know if the problem is with 7.5, VESoft or Minisoft.
