Eben,
I have not tried this, but I suspect it should work (since you have
mpex/security3000).
Make a 'backup' copy of 'FTPSRVR.ARPA.SYS'.
Go into LINKEDIT and issue the following command:
ALTPROG FTPSRVR.ARPA.SYS ;XL=FTPXL.ARPA.SYS,STREAMNL.PUB.VESOFT
Then you can use the appropriate 'streamx' settings to 'control' the
submission of the jobs.
If the above does work, then you'll need to change you OS upgrade/patching
procedures to re-issue the above command every time the FTPSRVR program is
replaced.
Let us know if the above works.
