You can do this with copy too, but in either case, I usually make the
target:

=/=.=.newacct

Otherwise, you may lose some lock words.  Changing owners is not a bad idea
and watch out for ACDs that you may want to bring over (or not).  On the
copy command, you can add the ;KEEPACD (going from memory here, could have a
parity error, so better check the documentation.)
