Be careful about using MPEX with RENAME and COPY.

With rename, you'll get error messages when files are in use; with COPY,
you do not. I've seen many a case where this has caused data integrity
errors (especially with databases). This is why we prefer to use online
STORE/RESTORE (to disc) for large copies like this. For smaller copies of
small filesets (or if you can ensure the files are not in use) then there
is of course no issue.

Take it further if you have Veaudit you could

%veaudit copyacct acct1,acct2;onvs=;out=filename

This will copy the entire account structure from acct1 to acct2 and
build it on a volumeset. The out= will send the commands to a command
file that you can review before executing.

If you have MPEX you can skip the restore step. You would still run
your BULDACCT and create your new account structure. Then just rename
all of your files from account X to account Y. Ex. RENAME @[log in to unmask],
=.=.YACCT
