I think that the point is that OT: posts can be weeded from the list by
setting your preferences accordingly. POT: posts are not and therefore
should not be used.
It's likely that Paul Guy didn't get the original post mentioning POT:
because it was properly posted with an OT: subject line. (It also means that
he probably didn't get your response just now).
