A reminder that proposals for library enhancement grants should reach me no
later than November 15. Proposals should include a list of materials
requested (not to exceed $750), together with ordering information (title,
author, publisher, date, ISBN, price) and a *detailed* rationale (who will
use the materials and for what purposes). Proposals should be sent to me
