Greetings....just keeping you informed......if you're advising or
registering students, you may have already noticed that the UTCID has been
removed from the print out of students' schedules and rapsheets.

Our concern for the privacy and protection of students' identification
numbers prompted us to remove the ID from campus documents that are most
frequently printed out for students so that if the documents are lost or
dropped the numeric identification is still protected.

We also would like your help in encouraging students to practice good
habits in safeguarding their UTC identification number.  Thanks for your help.
