The problem I have with John Kerry, Mr Testa, is he 'understands' diplomacy
in the Machiavellian sense.  He will make promises, then only keep them
if he has to to acheive his goals.  So his word is worth nothing.  It is
a lawyers integrity, in that he will only do what he is legally obligated
to do.  Thus, once he takes office, he will not keep any campaign
promises there is no legal obligation to keep.
