That's easy Brice.
I the US goes to war alone, it pays alone and takes care of the mess.
If you have support from other countries, they hopefully join.
BTW, Kerry said it loud and clear that he will not give a veto about US-
security to anybody. Didn't you hear? He said it more then once.
