The rshsvc is on the NT and Windows 2000 ResKits. Perhaps Charles Finley can
provide some of the smaller details about permissions and the like.

I agree with Greg Terterian about the rename step, although donna provides
the other approach, a file sent last, which only serves as a trigger. Both
work fine. I like to have the Windows-side script start looking
optimistically, and loop for as long as is reasonable.
