1. Define "claim".  My point is that the number of records associated with
a claim (spread across several of the HEALTHxx datasets) may be increasing,
thus slowing down your apparent "claim" rate.  But in actuality you may be
processing records at the same rate.  Been there, in the Amisys "archive"
function.
2. Have you ran "HowMessy" to see the status of your datasets?  Have you re-
org'd any of your datasets?
