Hi folks:

I have not done my job very well in the following instance. Ms. Nancy is in China and I am so used to relying on her for getting schedules signed and posted that it entirely slipped my mind. I have no excuse but ask for your cooperation as the approval letter will be arriving shortly.

The Marching Mocs have a busy week. They will be needed Thursday October 14th at 12:00 for a pep rally at Miller Plaza. They will return by 1:30.

Friday October 15, they have a 2:00 Parade so they will need to be excused by 1:30. THey will return by 3:00 (if it starts on time which I hope it does as I have a rehearsal from 2:00 to 4:00 so it cuts into my time as well).

That evening they have a a pep rally etc at Miller Plaza from 6:00 to around 7:30 or so.

Saturday October 16, they rehearse from 8:00 AM to 12:00 follwed by the performance in the pavillion at 3:00 and the game at 4:00.

Please help us out as we try to help make homecoming memorable
