We are gathering information now on how many UTC laptops are affected, but I
would venture that a centralized recall/return process is unlikely.  How
this kind of thing usually works is that the customer calls or visits a Dell
website to supply the service tag number of the equipment, Dell mails out a
the replacement, and you put the old one in the box and call Airborne to
have it picked up.  All in all, it's relatively painless (for us, not for
Dell).
