My two cents.

Nick, I believe you are referring to grades posted on Blackboard.

Julia, I believe you are asking about the One-net option of looking at
grades (as is done after each semester).  I don't think that will work
because nothing is submitted to Records and Registration.  The only way I
am aware of is on Blackboard, as Nick suggested.
