 Using CREATE=... option is not really good, especially if your account/group
were using non-default capabilities and access settings.

Do you have Vesoft's MPEX and VEAUDIT ?  If so, I *think* %VEAUDIT COPYACCT
command was done for that purpose.

If you don't, then, my favorite way might be to use BULDACCT "OLDACCT" and
then modify created BULDJOB1 file and replace "OLDACCT" to "NEWACCT" in
all...

But others might have better ideas ;-)
