Lately I have seen some problems using vi in mpe space……sometimes I do :wq
and I get an error message re out of space (wrong – 50 Mill sectors free),
so I save to a new file name, get out, do some renames, I’m ok.
Today, I get an error, try to do the rename, refuses to do it –
:purge saa100
BAD VARIABLE BLOCK STRUCTURE (FSERR 105)
Unable to purge file "SAA100.JPC.STOCK2K". (CIERR 384)
Anybody BTDT?
I had to go to posix space to be able to purge the file…..
