Yes and no, or no and yes ... but not yes and yes.

I.e., eloquence and MPE are separate, and should remain so.

Merging eloquence and MPE will dilute what remaining effectiveness
SIGMPE might otherwise have, and will tend to generate two non-overlapping
areas of interest.
