Hi all,

Just learned another new trick with all this 'new technology'...it may prove useful for some of you in the future:

When your 'best-of-breed' application that's written in JAVA, and is Browser based, and is running on servers that have LINUX as the OS, and your DB is ORACLE, and your 'server farm' is Dell, and your API interface is XML based, and your CS tech rep can't speak English, and you install 'hot-fix' number 2,323 just like the instructions said...when you have all this...and you come in the next morning to find out that the ice machine in the employee break room is not working...you may want to check the 'hot-fix' install.

Just-take-it-one-day-at-a-time,

Ray Shahan

Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty and
well preserved body, but rather to skid in
broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming:

        -- WOW!!! What a Ride! --
