I seem to remember Vesoft announcing some years back that they were not
going to update their hard copy manual any longer.  Any new functionality
would be documented in their on-line help and/or their FAQ.HELP.VESOFT
file.  In other words the most recent 'hard' copy is more than 3 years
old.
