The "red cover" book is the TurboIMAGE Textbook by Mike Hornsby. Perhaps
Rene' Woc can answer whether or not Adager has any copies left. Regardless,
the textbook was the basis for the TurboImage FAQ, which can be found at
http://www.beechglen.com/pub/imagefaq.txt
