Please keep in mind that this job is in a mining town of about 40,000 people
in Northwestern Quebec. It's probably the only 3000 for 500 or 600 miles in
most directions. And you probably need to be bilingual -- the local language
plus English to deal with software vendors and helpdesks.

I suggested to Jean offline yesterday that $100K Cdn sounded about right to
me. Or whatever it takes to keep her happy as he'll never find a
replacement!
