Nope.  They are a "clear and present danger."

I would say that Iran is a grave and gathering danger and that North
Korea is almost at the "imminent threat" level.  Let's hope they do not
become a clear and present danger.

Iraq backed out of grave and gathering status, as did Libya which was
approaching imminent threat.
