Do you not, in your home and neighborhood, watch for suspicious people?
For Things that just don't fit? Do you not watch out for your neighbors?
This is similar....
I know for one that I was very happy when one of my neighbors asked me
if it was ok for someone to be poking around my backyard while my wife and
I were at work a while back... turned out to be my 81 year old father
planting some Irises for me in the yard... but it was not normal and he
called me and asked...
