_Powerhouse_, by Raymond Scott. It's probably his best-known work.

It's also the basis of one of my favorite cartoons from Animaniacs: Toy
Shop
Terror. Almost completely instrumental, the action was written while
the
writer listened to the recorded score and tracked it almost
note-by-note.
It's also got an outstanding orchestral rendition of the music.
