I guess I learn new things every day. At first I thought it was just a
phoney acct that mysteriously arrived on the box.

I've received quite a few emails about this acct so I'll leave it  alone.

Reason I even discovered it at all is I had been writing an app to list all
users without passwords and the program blew up on the "3000devs" acct because
 it doesn't have a user.

I made some mods for the program to ignore this acct and now everything is
right with the world again (until next time...)
